Brainstorm Like Google
Some of the brainstorming strategies at Google have been catching attention. These may or may not work for you.
- Know the User: Think about how your customer will use your product and/or service and what their experience will be like. You can even go out and talk to people that you see as future customers to get their feedback.
- Think 10x: Basically this means thinking big! Don't just think about improving something 10%, but rather improving it 10 times.
- Prototype: It can be really helpful to make a practice version of your product and/or service and testing it out on a small group of people to see how it goes. This can help you finalize your vision for the business and find problems sooner rather than later.
